The conference program was focused on all aspects from the production of traditional and local food sources of plant and animal origin and their processing into traditional foods and products. The possibilities of protecting traditional local products and the differences in their quality as well. At the same time, traditional cuisine and dishes from individual small regions were presented. The presentation also included analyzes of the development and protection of the typical character of the rural landscape from the point of view of landscape engineering. From this point of view, the project offered a unique view of the cultural heritage of the regions. Typical examples are regions such as Malopolska, South Moravia, Tekov or Tokaj, not only in terms of farming and breeding of local breeds and growing traditional crops but also the typical character of the country and traditional food and gastronomy. The project included project meetings within project partners, training to exchange knowledge and experience, as well as internships of young researchers. The outputs of the project were joint original scientific works in scientific journals, chapters in joint scientific monographs as well as professional publications in the form of a catalog of cultural heritage. During the collaboration, the project members prepared several joint project proposals, the intention of which is to continue the started cooperation, both in the field of education but also in science. A good example of the sustainability of activities is the FOODINOVO project, which aims to innovate the content of teaching in programs focused on the production of food resources and food.
